Bishop Allen is also the CEO and President Of the International Faith Based Coalition 4,200 faith Based Affiliates in the state of California.

Kimberly R. Simms became a member of the California State Bar in 2009. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Kimberly received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, in American Studies with a minor emphasis in Criminology from Florida State University in 2005.

As an undergraduate student at Florida State University, Ms. Simms was an avid Seminoles fan and spent her most memorable semester studying in Valencia, Spain. Upon graduation, Ms. Simms relocated to San Diego to begin law school.

While attending law school, Ms. Simms interned with Protection & Advocacy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the rights of Californians with disabilities, and worked in several San Diego personal injury law firms. She was also an active member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and Women's Law Organization. Ms. Simms received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2008.

After graduating law school, Ms. Simms formed her own law practice focusing on marijuana law, criminal defense and personal injury. She is a vocal advocate in the marijuana community and is currently working towards establishing San Diego County NORML. Ms. Simms is also an instructor at theLegal Cannabis Institute, teaching “Medical Marijuana Law 101”, “Law Enforcement Encounters” and “How To Start a Collective or Delivery Service.”

SubCool has been involved with cannabis for many years and played many

roles: Pothead, Grower, Activist, Breeder, Photographer, Journalist, and

Caregiver. He is the Author of Dank as well as a contributor to Hightimes,

Cannabis Culture, Treating Yourself and many other publications.

He first began growing years ago when he realized that he was

spending over half what he earned on bags of buds. He has been arrested many

times for his love of cannabis and lifestyle choices. He now grows legally under
